His work spans maintenance planning, regulatory compliance, aircrew coordination, and system troubleshooting, giving him a deep understanding of what it takes to keep mission-critical aircraft safe, efficient, and reliable. As VP of Maintenance, Brandt oversees all maintenance activity and technical readiness for the aircraft supporting RGS reduced-gravity campaigns. He manages scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, supervises technical crews, coordinates with engineering teams, and ensures every aircraft meets the highest standards of safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Brandt works closely with flight operations, payload teams, and partner organizations to maintain smooth, predictable workflow from pre-flight checks through post-mission inspections. His leadership ensures that RGS aircraft remain dependable, mission-ready, and fully optimized to support consistent, high-quality reduced-gravity research and testing.
