    CEO

    Dr. C. Marsh Cuttino is a Board-Certified Emergency Physician with extensive experience in aerospace, disaster, and mass-casualty medicine. A graduate of James Madison University and Virginia Commonwealth University, he completed his Emergency Medicine residency at the University of Florida (Jacksonville) in 1998.

    As Managing Partner and VP of Business Development, Paul focuses on identifying small and growing space startups that can benefit from RGS’s expertise in payload integration, safety readiness, and reduced-gravity testing. He builds long-term relationships, guiding clients through the steps required to strengthen their designs and increase their readiness for more advanced platforms.

    VP of Aircraft Technical Operations

    Dexter brings a deep aviation background to RGS, built on years of service as a Flight Engineer and Check Airman with extensive experience in high-performance and mission-specific aircraft operations. His career spans thousands of flight hours supporting complex missions, technical evaluations, crew training, and safety oversight.

  • Steve Boxall - 9999 Parabolas

    VP of Media Production

    As VP of Media Production, Steve oversees the strategy, creation, and delivery of all photo, video, and digital content across RGS. His role spans concept development, on-site production, and final delivery of media assets ranging from payload storytelling and in-flight operations.

    VP of Mission Architecture

    Tim brings one of the most extensive microgravity backgrounds in the industry to RGS, with more than 10,000 parabolas accumulated over more than 400 flights.

    VP of Mission Operations

    As Vice President of Mission Operations at Reduced Gravity Solutions, Shay leads the planning, coordination, and execution of all payload operations across RGS’s microgravity and reduced-gravity platforms.
