VP of Aircraft Technical Operations

Dexter brings a deep aviation background to RGS, built on years as a Flight Engineer and Check Airman supporting complex, mission-driven aircraft programs. He brings years of military, airline and private sector experience to RGS, including several years as a helicopter repairman and crew chief, Cavalry Scout and 14 years as a flight crewmember on C-141 aircraft in the United States Air Force Reserves. His experience also includes serving on the Supertanker, the world’s largest aerial firefighting aircraft, where he played a key role in technical operations, crew coordination, and high-intensity mission readiness. With thousands of flight hours and a reputation for precision, Dexter is known for his meticulous understanding of aircraft systems and his ability to keep demanding platforms operating safely and reliably.

As Vice President of Aircraft Technical Operations, Dexter oversees the technical readiness, maintenance planning, and operational performance of RGS aircraft, including the platforms used for reduced-gravity testing. He works closely with engineering teams, flight crews, and partner organizations to ensure each aircraft meets the highest standards of safety, compliance, and mission execution. Dexter’s leadership ensures that RGS flight operations remain consistent, dependable, and technically sound, providing clients with a trusted and capable platform for early-stage payload development and reduced-gravity research.
