Dr. C. Marsh Cuttino

Chief Executive Officer

Marsh Cuttino is a Board-Certified Emergency Physician with extensive experience in aerospace, disaster, and mass-casualty medicine. A graduate of James Madison University and Virginia Commonwealth University, he completed his Emergency Medicine residency at the University of Florida (Jacksonville) in 1998.

Dr. Cuttino has supported NASA’s Space Shuttle program, served as a Flight Surgeon and coach for Zero-G, and flown as NASA Principal Investigator on Blue Origin’s New Shepard spacecraft. With over 20 years of parabolic microgravity research and flight experience, he continues to advance human-spaceflight medicine through Orbital Medicine Inc. and NASA Flight Opportunities programs.

He is Medical Advisor to the Commercial Spaceflight Federation’s Space Applications Research Group and contributes to the Next Generation Suborbital Researchers Conference. Beyond aerospace, he provides emergency medical support for major events and serves with NASCAR’s AMR Safety Team. Dr. Cuttino lives in Richmond, VA, where he also co-owns Reservoir Distillery.
