Paul is well known across the private space community for his media work and more than 20 years of hands-on experience in parabolic flight operations. Having been deeply embedded in the world of reduced-gravity research for two decades, he has a keen eye for early-stage space companies developing promising payloads and emerging technologies. Paul’s ability to understand where a company is in its development cycle, and what it needs to progress, makes him a natural connector, helping innovators find the right support at the right moment. His background in flight operations and storytelling gives him a unique perspective on how young companies can refine their ideas, and prepare for meaningful testing opportunities.

As Managing Partner and VP of Business Development, Paul focuses on identifying small and growing space startups that can benefit from RGS’s expertise in payload integration, safety readiness, and reduced-gravity testing. He builds long-term relationships, guiding clients through the steps required to strengthen their designs and increase their readiness for more advanced platforms. Paul’s approach is rooted in clarity, mentorship, and collaboration, ensuring that each company not only succeeds in reduced-gravity environments but gains the knowledge and confidence to move toward suborbital and orbital flight opportunities.
