VP of Mission Operations

As Vice President of Mission Operations at Reduced Gravity Solutions, I will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all payload operations across RGS’s microgravity and reduced-gravity platforms. Acting as the primary technical interface for clients, partners, and flight operators, you will drive each mission from concept through post-flight analysis, ensuring every payload is safely integrated, thoroughly tested, and operationally validated in relevant gravity environments.

Shay oversees the full lifecycle of customer missions, from contract kickoff through payload certification, flight readiness, and post-flight data review. This includes direct collaboration with engineering, safety, and flight operations teams, as well as our partners at Navmar Applied Sciences Corporation (NASC) for Tracer UAV parabolic operations. Her role ensures missions remain on schedule, meet technical requirements, and provide meaningful results to advance payloads toward suborbital and orbital readiness.
