VP of Media Production

With more than two decades of parabolic flight, 9999 parabolas (I’m looking at you Tim Bailey), Steve has more hands-on microgravity photography experience than anyone in the field. He leads all visual storytelling and marketing-focused documentation at RGS, capturing the full journey of a payload from early preparation and integration through reduced-gravity flight operations. His work transforms technically complex missions into imagery that’s clear, engaging, and accessible. Steve collaborates closely with clients to understand the purpose behind their missions, producing visuals that highlight innovation, progress, and real-world impact. His photography supports investor communication, public outreach, and mission reporting, while strengthening RGS’s narrative as a leader in accessible, high-fidelity reduced-gravity testing.

As VP of Media Production, Steve oversees the strategy, creation, and delivery of all photo, video, and digital content across RGS. His role spans concept development, on-site production, and final delivery of media assets ranging from payload storytelling and in-flight operations coverage to promotional content, educational materials, and brand-defining visuals. Through his deep operational experience in reduced-gravity environments, Steve ensures all RGS media is produced safely, accurately, and creatively — elevating client missions while expanding RGS’s visibility in the aerospace and research communities.
